Any explanation to why these almost "spots" appear at random it seems? I've looked many times for bugs I've looked online for other pictures that look like this and causes and can't seem to find anything. Any help is appreciated.

Could be bacteria. Does it wipe off of the leaf? Or is it the leaf itself? Wouldn't sweat it unless it gets much worse. No matter how ideal your conditions, you won't ever have 100% perfect lookin' leaves.

Did you check bottom of leaves good?Maybe get a white paper and shake the leaves over it,see if you see any little bugs that fall onto the paper.I would start spidermite treatments regardless if you got them or not better safe than sorry.Or it needs a little mag.But most likely spidermites.good luck

It doesn't seem to wipe off at all, those pictures are the 3 worst offenders out of the plant there's some tiny splotches that look the same just not nearly as bad and then about 80% of the plants leaves don't have anything on it all.

And yes, ranchos I've checked the leaves hundreds of times by now for bugs, but regardless I will try the paper.

Then I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse. :)
