Do roots still grow in flower

Reason y im asking is ill be transplanting my plants from veg to flower but into a bigger pot.

Can I flower straight away ? Or do I need to veg in the new pot for a bit.

My rule of thumb has always been at least 3 weeks from the final transplant until start of 12/12. Good luck!

I don't know that it is ideal but I transplant about a week before flower. Typically from about 1 gallon to 3 gallon or from solo cup to 1 or 2 gallon. When I inspect roots after harvest they have always filled out the whole pot. This is even with a root aphid infestation.
Yes, the roots grow during flower.

Root growth does stop/slow in mid to late bloom.

You can transplant and then force flowering shortly there-after, depending on the health of the plants prior to transplant they will do fine.
