Nute burn usually starts from the tips, I doubt it's that. I would just leave it and see how it turns out. Or you could top it?

It's a water or soil spot from feeding. Even though your careful, it still will splash a little and thats all it is. As far as the twisting that was mentioned, I've noticed a lot of auto's do that from their rapid growth.I assume its from growing so fast the leaves don't have time to straighten out with the next set coming so quick and gives it this look. I'd work on the humidity for sure though, like water as soon as the lights come on so it can dry the area up.

I would not recommend topping an auto due to time restraints with growing. If it starts to flower after you top it before new shoots grow you lost most of your harvest. It's not recommended to top auto's for this reason, but I know a few people do with experience with them.

Thanks everyone. I've got the humidity issue fixed and the spots are not any worse so I think all is well so far. Trying to figure out the smell issue now. Got ona gel but that doesn't seem to be cutting it.

Not to top an auto?! You're talking out your ass mate. The bubble gum I've just harvested was topped three times, I had 8 colas on each plant the size of my fists and arm. I'm still waiting for a dry weight, but what ever it comes out at, there is no problem with topping an auto. You theoretically more than double your standard yield if you didn't top.

Especially as it only has a couple on nodes, it's young and prime for topping

Smell is going to be an issue in a PC grow, getting an exhaust powerful and small enough to add enough negative pressure to the space will be difficult. That's without a carbon filter. Unless there's a way you could add these to the outside? But it would defeat the object of a stealth setup.

It does have a carbon filter, but that doesn't help the smell much. There not really any way for me to add any other exhaust system for the closet that the box is in. I'm using good ole ona. I really don't like that smell very much but better than nothing.

And no I'm not planning to top at all. Lol
