I maintain and repair swimming pools and/or do home watch for 20 bucks a pop bucky. Now that I am legal I dont have to worry about dirtbags like you trying to get my personal info so they can give it to the feds...to be fair he "services" about a dozen dudes a day at $20 a pop, so he probably has some deep connections.
In AZ you can get medical records sort of created. It is a back door way to get into the system. When the chiropractor looked at my back he saw previous injuries, arthritis, some bone degeneration, etc. So I get a referral and go to a clinic where I tell a doctor I am having muscle spasms and back pain due to the slipped disk and that I have had a history of back pain and the Chiropractor's xrays showed previous injuries. He writes up a recommendation and submits it to the state. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my card but I can call a caregiver for temporary "medicine". I am seriously thinking about it this morning because my back really is killing me.
