Yes! keep going if you would like please! So is anybody still in the running?
Thanks, your flowers are looking quite tasty as well yum hehe .There were 30 seeds in total 10 of them were under developed though so from that I have 20 that look really nice and promisingHow many seeds did you get out of her? I would wait about 2 weeks to a month to plant harvested seeds....put them somewhere dry..then go to work.
Nice work by the way.
I have been using MG organic on this grow as well.. As grandmas and the Epsom. I need to get dolomite and some other stuff. Your setup is so much like mine. And I had the same nute issue. And I also pruned my main fan leaves, same reasoning. So much alike. I have mine outside, planted at the exact week you did and mine started to Flower about a month or three weeks ago, too early but what can I do ya know. Check my posts out. It would be nice to be able to learn some shit from eachother. I am getting ready to take clones from my outside mother for my inside stealth micro cab..View attachment 3155072 View attachment 3155073
Not the healthiest of specimens,,,,LSD germ'd 2/24/2014.Grown in MG organic soil using MG blood meal and MG bone meal along with grandma's unsulphured molasses, epsom salt, and the occasional shot of coconut water and dolomite lime dissolved. I've been collecting and using rain water. Main plant suffered Mg deficiency as son as it started flowering because I wasn't expecting the accelerated uptake. I pruned most of the fan leaves because vegetation started to get too dense to keep them (not to mention the damage from Mg def), and there's plenty more flowers underneath what you can actually see.
The runt on the other hand (lol) didn't expect it to start flowering so tiny but I botched the transplant (much too early) and lost most of the roots. They both started flowering the same week, so I guess I'll just let it go and harvest both plants roughly the same time. Due to lack of root system, the soil stays wet far too long and it still needs food so I give it a straight shot (2 tbs maybe less) of coconut water every few days and massage the pot to keep the soil loose.
Regardless, the buds are really starting to get fat and stinky (love the smell when the lights turn on, fills the whole room even behind sealed and closed doors.
Day ~30 for Lucy and day ~28 for the runt. Still have a ways to go! Which is killing me because I have my first nug already picked out and it's at about 15% amber pistils...My patience has never been tested so brutally, especially in the dry spell I'm having here
Let me know what you think!
Due to a rare unexplainable occurrence, i culled my baby. I will not justify this. However, I am planning to quickly begin again, but with a DWC system. It is so simple to set up.2 words-root aphids
Had to cut the little one because they were so bad there and the plant was so tiny. Lucy is going to hold out for a little while longer but who knows how long
Sad day.
Easy to set up, yes. I just like the simplicity of soil. It just seems like a more stable method, especially for someone as impatient and careless as I am. I also like just being able to throw my nutes on the soil or mix them in with my water every couple days. Hydro just seems so much more high maintenance and less forgiving. I like the idea of watering and being able to leave them a couple days before any major problems happen.Due to a rare unexplainable occurrence, i culled my baby. I will not justify this.
