Yellow leaves starting to form at the bottom is usually a sign of nitrogen deficiency. The plant looks really unhappy dude

soggy bottom.......stunted. you can re-plant it in a properly draining mix, or shoot it. your mix should be almost a third perlite.

it can take a while to recover from transplant shock. In the mean time dont water(unless dry) or feed.
 
The only thing I could find nute wise was MG shake and feed. But it didnt say how much to use so I just sprinkled a little bit on the top
