You said that seaweat word my friend, Kelp. Soluble Potash K2O in water as a foliar feed.
I start with the application of foliar feeding once they grow out their 5th node, and I foliar feed all the way up till the day that I see any flower formation at all. I then stop with the foliar feed, and use the same amount of the foliar feed nutrient (soluble potash from kelp) that went into each batch of foliar feed spray, and water that in with no other nutrients for one night. (I have also just used the remainder of the foliar feed spray, it's the same as mixing some more to pour in.)
Then, I mix a double strength batch of the foliar feed spray, and I carefully take the time to work with the girls and only mist the leaves. I do this for another two weeks.
Foliar feeding in this way, has greatly benefited my garden.
If you have real good EWC, your EWC Compost Tea will be amazing. I do not use much guanos, but as much EWC as you want in a mesh drain bag or just into the water, and let it brew for 24-48 hours.
