a 23w cfl should not burn it, what is the ambient temp of the room? keep the bulb at least 1 inch away. are you giving nutes? might be nute burn.

i gave them nutes that was recommended every week but i gave 2 or 3 times in a row. but i already stoped it i give only cal-mag water with a ph of 5,8 the perlite is brown i think because i flooded too mutch water so the dirt came out. i have heart of flush the coco on the beginning before usage, i did not. the temps was 28-30 celzius however i added a fan now so it's 23-25. i also started with 2700k cfls but seen 6500k in the store so i replaced them , maybe the change did not good for the plant too ?

a little hot for being so young. dial down your nutes a little and she'll grow into them. burnt tips aren't horrible, just an indication that they have as much nutrients as they can handle without a more serious burn.

the cfl light spectrum change would not cause that problem. those previous temps were too high, but should now be good at 23-25 C. that plant is really too young to be given a lot of nutes, if any. there should be a good amount of nutes in the soil for a plant that size. might want to flush it out real good, then give it a week or so to see what happens.

so flush it and give it just pure 5,8ph water ? hmm but coco needs allways some mag-cal nutes or ?

when I wished to learn to hew timbers by hand, I bought a book. I read the book. I read it again. I watched videos of guys hewing timbers. I did Google searches for "what is the best Swedish broadaxe?" and, "how to sharpen an adz."
then............I went out and bought the tools, and began the hands-on learning process...............
I like to help new growers that are willing to do the work; all of it. I will teach someone, from the ground up........for Bitcoin, or bullion. nasty, dirty, greasy Mexican meals, and a burlap bag, in grow-room, to sleep on, included.

in other words, we'd love to help, but we aren't here to hold your hand. we help those who help themselves, and you'd have a much better understanding with a few hours of reading... ;)

I didn't prepare my medium
I didn't employ a sound water regimen
I fed in a haphazard manner
I allowed temps to get too high
all of these are infractions of the basic growing conditions rule.
