Sub has dealt with the bad and good businesses in town quickly in his short time in CA. But he has found the good ones now(clubs and hydroshops). I think of TGA as a a hunt...always have. Great things are in there ,but you need to find it...and a few things can pop out along the way. Just too many poly-hybrid crosses with out a stable lines introduce or worked in. Some are mor estable than others, and just know ing genetics would give the hints to that. I'm too involved in the canna world and know what actually going. I would be ok because I went in knowing what could happen based on the reality of what went on in the creation. But for a guy in a strict situation(no legal rings a bell) needing nothing but greatness in beans then tga is not my recommendation...just my 2 cents. But if you have the time you could find the next big thing.
Monster is the best in town by far and one of the top online for things too. They do have good knowledge on the products they rep. And they don't have any brand...just what they support/know work(always a few exceptions to that in a business).
They are stepping their game up with there lighting testing...since growers house set the bar and keeps raising it.
I took my at600 in there and showed it to my buddy who works there, literally 2 hours after sub was in their checking out the lumigro's...which I checked out too. Nice lights. I only lifted it up(to feel weight) and saw the spectrum graph. No data/specs. Monster is putting a review together and will be up soon.
They let me throw the AT up and use the spectroradiometer for some quick readings. That's where I got the percentages pic from in my thread. My buddy was impressed with the AT, and like the LG a lot, so we will see what the review shows. I will say what my quick impression on the light is after MG post their review.

Sub is slowly beginning to get educated on light and more scientific based methods. Slowly and from the basement floor. He was not happy at or with lush at all but knows he got suckered...he low better is out their, but need guidance before all faith is gone. MG is helping him I believe. I have a jar of HPS and LED dream for him to check out at the SF cup later this month. Basically a home town event for me and Sub.
Oneshot is just a reviewer of lights in actual use imo...more a marketing thing then official testing imo. I am not really sure what his whole goal of growing is other than just he is set with what he does, and he gets to compare lights in a general sense. I have never really hear/see his yields. And he doesn't go into depth on led tech or things that separate bad from good from great. I have never spoken/interacted with him online...just watched his videos. I would if he was around but I don't float over to IC, where he barely goes anymore. I sound like a complete idiot sometimes in my video's... so we don't know what is really rolling around oneshots' brain.
It's his apple to his apples and growers house is his only thing I would see a bias too...but he's not comparing growers house to monster...it's led to led in his system. should be general and fun to watch.
And Hyroot...he is flowering under the last years lumigro650 right now...first couple weeks of 12/12...just 2 plants. He will have a few grows going at once from now on it looks like.
