I speared 6 lionfish yesterday with out going below 22 meters according to my dive computer. It was a 43 minute dive. They do go quite deep though.
but is it worse than fox newsit's not just "from Russia"
it's Russian State Television, with a clear and obvious agenda.
it's also incredibly retarded.
News Report from a US network, plagiarized by RT: Lionfish released by irresponsible aquarium owners now infesting the warmer parts of the east coast waters!
Rt Addendum: see how incompetent/evil/retarded america is !
RT bimbo interviewing marine biologist on the lionfish story they just showed: why dont people just catch them and eat them?
Marine Biologist: huh? teh fux? didnt you listen to the report you just aired? lionfish are DANGEROUS. POISONOUS, and live in deep warm waters where they are difficult to catch even for the biologists trying to determine their population!
RT Bimbo: huh? well thats all the time we have for now. stay tuned for a six hour slow motion montage of Vladimir Putin taking his shirt off.
yeah, RT sucks.
And the sign says.lift your shirt, turn all the way around.......slow like. look behind you. go with that man. he'll bring you in
Citizen XAnd the sign says.
To serve Man, enjoy people.
I just saw a true story with Don Southerland as the Red Army Col.
It was about the first apprehended Serial Killer in the Soviet Union,
IAC, in the end after the trial, it was.
OK, please step in here, (the room was tiled floor, with a steep drain slope)
Please stand here.
Please do not turn around.
Boom. 9mm slug to the brain stem.
Same as CNN, MSNBC, Fox, NBC, CBS etc etc etc. all are agenda driven propaganda messages.yeah, RT sucks.
<suspends disbelief>There is some hope though. Morays can eat them and apparently aren't affected by the sting. It was very common to have morays come around and aggressively hound myself and other people I dove with in the Honduras Bay Islands when I was there. They wanted our lionfish and would take them right off the spears often.
This is hopeful because over time, the eels can become natural predators of the invasive lionfish. Lionfish are delicious by the way.
hardlySame as CNN, MSNBC, Fox, NBC, CBS etc etc etc. all are agenda driven propaganda messages.
they don't even need to try with magical right wing rape detecting vaginas and blessed rape angels that do no prevent the rape, but do bless the rapists' sperm.cnn, msnbc, abc cbs, nbs, etc etc etc have an agenda to make the left look good, while making the right look bad, and to propagate memes that gin up left wing fervor.
I still don't get your point of why this is not as credible of a source as any other news network. yes it is meant to make the US look bad but it also contains truth about what is going on in the US. shits fucked up in this country to an unbelievable degree. if i had a choice I'd take living in Russia over the US at least then everyone is aware that the gov is fucked. and at least the Russians know how to riot.hardly
fox's agenda is to make the right look good, and the left look bad, and to gin up right wing fervor
cnn, msnbc, abc cbs, nbs, etc etc etc have an agenda to make the left look good, while making the right look bad, and to propagate memes that gin up left wing fervor
RT's agenda is to make AMERICA look bad, spread russian propaganda, support the russian annexation of Ukraine, conceal russian atrocities all over the former warsaw pact, and play long montages of Putin taking his shirt off in slow motion.
RT is shamelessly biased, their "news" is incredibly shallow and focused on "Murica Bad!".
RT is like Al Jazeera, but with hot newsreaders and a small amount of integrity.
Maybe because they have no natural predators in the Caribbean, it is quite common to find big ones. The flesh reminds me of halibut, soft and delicate. It's perfect for ceviche and surprisingly easy to prepare. You can just cut the spines off with a knife. All the venom is in the spines and it takes about 2 minutes to cut them all off.<suspends disbelief>
they are so small, and mostly fins and spines, you'd have to cook up a mess of em to get a meal, and prepping those fuckers without sticking yourself and going to the ER would be a pain in the ass.
how do they taste though?
bassy?
trouty?
sharky?
salmony?
should i look for them in my grocer's fre4ezer?
its indicative of a place that will rip shit apart if needs be and start a revolution.Because riots are great to base life decisions on?
You are correctyes I must agree that i might be wrong lol but I forgot to mention it applies to "just walking down the street" type of scenario...I understand the driving part and identifying...but just a john doe not being in the commision of a crime walking down the street SHOULDNT have to present i.d no matter what state..based on constitution ..and hopefully im right this time? lol
Did you notice the bullet holes above the opening? Look like 50 caliber or so.How many can you fit in that? I hope your neighbors don't know.
Have you seen those Missile Silo Condos? A mile drive from the gate?
Now why in fuck do they need mine-resistant vehicles? Have you ever heard of a bank robber using a mine?# of MRAPs in USA police forces (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles)

Alaska, Mississippi, and South Dakota look to be the only states without a special military vehicle to lay waste to bad boys and girls.
Yes, but not as bad as MSNBC.but is it worse than fox news
I think they pay the local fishermen here for killing them..they invaded our local reefs...damn lion fish and people are eating them as mentionedMaybe because they have no natural predators in the Caribbean, it is quite common to find big ones. The flesh reminds me of halibut, soft and delicate. It's perfect for ceviche and surprisingly easy to prepare. You can just cut the spines off with a knife. I saw a guy get stung in the hand while doing it. During a dive, it's life threatening because of the dangers of diving but the sting really is not much different from that of a sting ray. It's extremely painful.
There was this idiot Danish slut (as endearing as I can possibly be with this description, the little sweetheart) who ascended from her dive early and decided to sun bath. She picked the worst spot on the boat, the stern, on the diving deck. As another diver returned to the boat and surfaced just off the stern, he reached up to set his spear on the dive deck and there was a huge lionfish on it, maybe 4 kilos. The fish ended up on top of her thighs and the spear did no damage. As she started screaming, the diver, who happened to be a local guy from Utila, boarded and rushed to render aid. He immediately went to suck the venom out. Ok, I was skeptical when I first heard it too. Anyway apparently the trauma wasn't enough from the stings alone, all 5. She had to also endure this face in her lap.
The story is still legendary on the island. It's hard to get more details though. I know the Utilian diver but I wasn't on the dive. Every one on the island wanted to bang the Danish chick.
Yet, no revolution?its indicative of a place that will rip shit apart if needs be and start a revolution.
I'm not saying that at all just that when people are willing to riot against unjust laws they are more ready for a revolution same could be said for Greece or any number of places. politicians need a decent fear of death if they start being dicks.Yet, no revolution?
