Need help cooling 8x4

Hello so here is my dilemma. I have an 8x4x6.5 tent it's in an unfinished portion of my basement. I run 2 600 Watt HPS and my temps can reach up to 90 in the summer. I really don't have an easy way to exhaust so I don't know what to do for an air-conditioner. The only options Isee are somehow putting a Y on my dryer vent and venting an AC through that. A swamp cooler. Or putting a portable AC in the room next to it that is finished and just using that cold air to passively cool. Any ideas at this point would greatly be appreciated.

what kind of hoods are u using ................what is the CFM rating on your fan

as for the other stuff u said the going out the dryer vent will work with a Y spilt but u will need to add dampners into it so when u are not using the dryer that path is cut off and the air goes out .........and when u use the dryer u close off the tent so that hot air is not blowen back into it

as for ac and all that u might not need it if the hoods are open reflectores (cooltubes will help lower that temp even more) and a stronger fan even more

so what do u got

I have 6" I think 450 cfm that pulls from my carbon scrubber through vented reflectors. Then out the opposite side of the tent. What in worried about is when the drier is on will it effect the ac even with a damper.

ok then i know of something that can put mind at ease
http://www.amazon.com/Dryer-Dock-Quick-Connect-Vent/dp/B0028BAAWW

get 2 sets one for the venting and ac unit to use .........when u have your lights off period take it off and then hook in your drier to do a load of 3 then when done change it back over

as for the ac .............if u are going to do this all year long u might want to look into a cooling and heating unit...........this way u have it all covered with one unit one set of rigging

Thanks I might try the connector. And I don't need anything in the winter temps are perfect.
ok then

when u do your portable ac ..........the only trouble u might have is if the fan pushing out is to weak ........when the 2 are hooked in they need to be as close as they can be so all of it thrusted out (one will not feed back in the other)

the only sure fire method i know is to add a 2nd inline fan stronger then the first so the sucktion at the Y juction is strong enough to take both of them at the same time

it would be tent ducting ac ducting at y then ducting 2nd fan then ducting to your vent
