I should have mentioned before that I have never heard of Bud rot. The only thing I can see on your outdoor WW is that insects have done some harm, but everyone deals with that. You might get some GreenCure or similar and add a pinch to your foliage spray. I think you might be longer than 4 weeks from harvest, but hard to tell.

GreenCure is actually going to be my next purchase. I've read good things about it and I plan to use it on my other ladies

Yes, I concur with Snaps, early Botrytis. I would mix a 3:1 ratio of RO/Distilled water to 3% H2O2 (from pharmacy, Walmart, etc) and mist the buds several times per day, especially in the early a.m. and late p.m if your climate is prone to fog or mist. As an alternative to H2O2, you can PH your RO or distilled water to 9.0 (alkaline) and mist....this is an old Ed Rosenthal method for powdery mildew and other types of fungal problems. Fungus has a hard time growing, if at all, in alkaline environments. It's always a good idea to mist leaves with 9.0 PH water if they are subjected to humid conditions (fog, mist outdoors, and high humidity indoors).

Bottom line is that Botrytis can take over a plant and an entire crop in a matter of 24 - 48 hours. Don't delay on stopping it ASAP!

Wow thank you! I have all these things and @SnapsProvolone Actinovate seems like a great product. I'll be looking into it.
