Completely dependant on medium, strain, age, and base nutes. You need to provide all that information please.

pH depends on the medium you are growing in. If in hydro or coco its 5.8 - 6.2. In soil it is higher, about 6.5 - 7.

EC depends on your feed schedule, what stage of the grow you are at. I use Canna nutrients, and they have a grow guide on their website which details the EC level. However, they want you to buy more feed so of course tell you to dump tons on. I feed a fair bit less than what the grow guide says and mine are doing great.

Medium is rockwool but my roots hang down like areoponics.
Strain is light of jah.
Has veged for 6 weeks and now flower for 6.
Nutes I just use a and b

I run H&G AB, 0.7-0.9 EC. If you are using the rockwool only for initial support and roots in aero chamber then 2EC is way too friggin high.

In veg I was runing 0.8.1.0 and it was fine what ia the max I should run in flower

As pointed out by others it differs per medium, and also grow system, but mostly it differs per strain, per pheno if you grow from seed. Let your plants tell you how much they want. 1EC would work, and from there on just keep a close eye on your plants. Don't let the tips of the leaves get lighter, don't let them get too dark green, and at the same time don't go too low.

About the same. First when the transition to flowering ends there a small decline which then slowly builds up till the last couple of weeks were it decreases again. Do you measure the drain?
