To start with I would give it a little support so it stands up. It looks kinda small for 3 weeks, but other wise ok. We don't know what kind of lights you have in under to tell you if you have enough, but I would guess from the size that you could use more light. Make you that you are not over watering it. When they are little they don't drink much at all, and its in a pretty good sized pot for a small plant so it will hold more moisture easily.

Do you know what strain it is? You said it was a dwarf and mostly sativa, what are you basing that off? Its really pretty early to tell most characteristics, but the leaves look rather short and fat which is definitely an Indica trait, as is short stature growth if it does end up staying real small as it grows.

It is way to early to tell sex on a plant.

Here I'll answer all your questions right now:)
It's a girl.
Start feeding but at a weak rate.
2qt then 3gal or 5 gal
Epsom salts 1tbsp/gal water spray right on the leaves for the magnesium def you're gonna get.
Get a stronger light for ur next run
I don't see any mites, soapy water works, spray 3x a week
No they're not done, give them two more weeks then harvest
About a pound
Don't dry too long. Cure in jars not plastic
Nice job on ur first grow

That's all the advice you need for ur first run. Now all u gotta do is grow the plants and refer to this list every time u have a problem. There wasn't that easy?

You think I can just fill up with more soil?
I think it is skewed because I havent turned the plant yet :)?
You can't just fill it unfortunately, you gotta bury that stem almost to the cotyledon( first set of leaves)...just do it very carefully not to damage the roots. Make this a habit when whenever they stretch like that.
