How does it smoke? are you patient enough to properly cure? (I'm not ) Looks like a nice quality smoke, congrats. I still have 3-4 weeks until I can chop something fresh.

I mean I tried some out. Smokes awesome. It's fire. Tastes good, smells good burning... just doesn't have the good bag smell yet. I'm curing most of it, haha.
