I like and use a number of General Hydroponics products and they all work well for me. Is there a reason you do not use the Armor-Si in a spray? On line the mix directions for a spray is ¼ to ½ tsp per gallon is that too strong? And after doing a few test I think the leaf curl was actually from cold not heat. I use a sonic humidifier and they produce a vapor cloud and at first I had the fresh air intake blowing the vapor cloud onto the plant. Depending on the angle of the air blowing the vapor cloud across the plant it gets chilly. I used a food prep thermometer to check and the temp went down from 80 to 70 in 2 Minutes so I think that is what did it. But at least I found a way to keep my plant cool.

Not really....I don't do much foliar at all. To much work for our scale of growing.
Sonic humidifiers leave a residue if you use water that is not RO or distilled.....Just a point you might want to know.

The first couple of time I used it it did leave a white film on stuff.The humidifier came with tablets to use in the water I think the white film is from the tablets after I stop using them the white film went away I just use plain tap water now. And spraying dose seam a job and if the results do not prove to be worth the effort I will use the kelp and silica only in the reservoir.
