Ready for flush? Week 6

I got some vision seeds Jack Herer in Ocean Forest. Today is day 1 of week 6. Im wondering when I should start my flush?? I can't really tell how much longer they should go..its my first grow lol.

You'd still do the final two week flush right? Lol surely you just mean they're not ready to be flushed quite yet. Let me know if Im taking it wrong. I know the flush is for the nute build-up on roots but I guess if they haven't been over fed then they might not need flushed, but it seems easier to just flush it lol. How could you tell if you over fed?

No sir, I would not in this case. Having a proper amount of nutrients available contributes to both quality (including taste) and quantity. There's no point in starving it.

The thing is, you can't flush a plant. You can flush/leach some nutrients from the soil in case the medium is over-fertilized. During the last couple of weeks they need less nutrients, so if there's too much in the medium the plant may get 'over fed' during those last weeks possibly resulting in suboptimal taste.

If you had really dark leaves or major nutrient burn signs or used boosters heavily for example, then you could consider flushing.

The whole flushing for better taste thing has been taken way too far. There's some truth in it in certain situations but really not a good thing to do by default. As other pointed out, they look like they still have some time to go in any case. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Hey bro i see you still at it am in week 7 today I look at my crystals I called them crystals and I have some milky and clear so I well just feed one more time n flush

I typically flush my 7th week in if Im having issues if not that I''l wait closer to when Imma harvest then flush say like my 9th or 10th week of flower

I do an after the chop flush by vasing them in a bucket of RO water for twenty-four hours.
I find this is easier and does a better job than traditional flushes.
The average budder will take up about half a litre or more of RO water during this period.
If this is done in the budding room be sure they don't go dry while the hps is on. I chop them when the hps comes on and remove them when the hps comes on again twenty-four hours later, giving them a final twelve hours of darkness.
If you cannot be there to make sure they don't go dry it is okay to do them in a closet with no light.

It may have been a fluke (probably), but I did this once and ended up with bud rot in the branch I did this to. (it could have already had the rot)

keep them green and healthy for as long as possible, they still have a loooooong way to go, please don't flush within 2 weeks.

for god's sake, enough with the flushing talk, you are using fox farm soil.
And i'd say you got at least 15-20 days to go, and they look very nice by the way.
Flushing is generally not needed for most grows, it's a myth.
AND i'm not gonna argue about this, so please nobody quote me and start a fight, because I don't have the time, nor the patience. I'll just ignore it anyways.
Flush if you want to, but it's not needed 98% of the time, and that other 2% is usually more for un-dissolved solids in the soil as opposed to anything in the buds
my OPINION
