I would not use this product or anything like it in my organic soil. It is not organic as you can see from the MSDS:

why? is the product poison? is it bad for your health? From what i understand its just a regular plant food. like one would give to roses or tomatoes. isn't the purpose of the product just good npk value? I've seen it do great in gardens where the duds were awesome tasted absolutely amazing, beautiful green plans. I'm not understanding why u hate plant foods like this.

Just ma 2 cents...even organically labelled products are not purely organic...don't buy into the bullshit. Although a product is represented as organic...that doesn't directly correlate to non-toxic properties.

Yes, imo, the product is poison. I don't like it because it because it is not organic. In addition, you have seaweed powder (this is not kelp meal and far inferior imo), blood meal - eh if you want to use it, w/e but a lot better sources of N. Sodium, etc, I'll pass. Make a kelp tea instead and call it a day.

^^^^ This exactly.

My advise is take a long hard look at any bottles used in your garden and ask if they are really necessary.

cheers guys some of us can be blind sided by the sales pitch of "organic stuff" I guess......I have found something that looks good by a home based company in my state....

@ruby fruit
That looks good. Even contains humic acid. Nice.
Cheers mate just need to work out wether its a top dresser or I mix it all in the soil itself ....I think its to go on top because there is another one I brought that contains seaweed, fish, kelp etc and it says on that one I need to put it 5cm from the bottom of the hole or pot

Im barely getting around to doing soil amendments. I am going to amend my holes with bone meal and top dress/feed guano teas. I want to hae a good amount of all organic smoke. I wasn't going to go in ground due to height restrictions, but fuck it. Some training can sort that out. I just would hate to waste all that ground space in my garden and greenhouse.

yep I can understand what your saying mate....most other mates use worm castings or liquid fertilizer and blood n bone meal.....as for the other guys I know they all do indoor
My suggestion is to look at the ingredient list and not the analysis. Looks like you might be in Australia. I realize it might be a little harder to source stuff there. Look for other Aussies who are getting their hands dirty and they will know where to point you in the right direction. ;)

I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of cats in Australia and New Zealand doing organics up right both indoors and out. If you are having problems sourcing things let me know. I may be able to find you a few resources - no guarantees. ;)

Imo, the EWC/Vermicompost is the single most important ingredient. Do you have a worm bin or compost?
