Hello RIU!

So my question is about LST, I got 1meter or more tall plant which is placed in greenhouse and I just started to LST her, take a look.

Will she be alright or I shouldn't do that? I have red that people do it from start, but I didn't want to, since she's much bigger now and everyone can see her, so I want LST her.

Kind of looks like HST (high stress training), you can sort of break the stems on purpose, that's called Super-cropping which is a controlled way of stressing them. Even if you go overboard, just tape them or tie them back until they heal, then carry on, they recover quite well. You can LST pretty well anytime but by definition, it's just that low stress training, bend, twist, but don't break. They're very pliable, LST away as much as you want, but any form of HST should be done and allow enough time to heal before flipping them to flower, other than that it's difficult to kill these plants.
