Exactly it will be imported like crazy while idiots bash tweed. They've done what no one could for fourty years. Put cannabis on the path to legalization. We need smart young business people to push this through even if you don't agree doesnt mattrr im happy for them . I live in the US now but grew up in smith falls. Im happy for them too. Just look at detroit , smithfalls was in the same place with all the business leaving. We should thank compsnies like tweed for staying in canada and employing canadians.

The last ten years of people growing in their "closets" gave us patients that had reasonable access to the strains and quantities of marijuana that helped them. What we have now is an "open" market where anyone ( read Americans) can come into this country and take Canadians' hard earned money back south. How do you figure we have doctors and politicians talking about cannabis? We have a government that doesn't even acknowledge that there is any benefit to using marijuana, and we have the CMA threatening to pull the licences of doctors, who are just trying to do right by their patients, who prescribe marijuana. Great communication.

Tweed has over 80 strains and the money to research them. With an opened market the price of cannabis will drop significantly. I really don't get it. Why not go after the goverment for changing the law why tweed?
