i grow outdoors, there are going to be bugs no matter what but ideally you want 0 bugs. using a lite application of neem oil once a week will assist you in keeping everything in check, but you need to inspect your plants, by hand, thouroughly and frequently (i do it daily if not more). when the plants are the size of yours i also rub the undersides of the leaves to get rid of any pests looking for lunch and a new home or any of the eggs they may leave behind
