Hey how's it going you guys,I have 4 little seedlings going right now.they're all in the same pot so I know im going to have a little trouble when I transplant friday into 1 gallon pots.I originally considered going with a micro grow and leaving them all in 1 pot, vegging for 2 weeks then going into 12/12 but after some consideration and a little bit of reading i decided against it since I am definitely going to run into males which means they would have to be clipped leaving the old roots with nothing to do but rot and spread the rot to my living plants.right now they are 5 days old and they're working on the second set of true leaves.one of the seedling got a little heat stressed from the fact that I neglected to open my cabinet door before I left for work and when I got home one was leaning bad,one had a little shriveled part on one leaf.the other two were fine besides the fact that the leaves were angled high.they bounced back incredibly fast!.im very sorry for my rambling people! Im just wondering how they look for 5 days from sprout? :)

Lookin good so far, but you should really start each seed in its own container in the future ;) red solo cups work great for the first bit, then I move straight to 5 gallon containers from there.

Apart from having to move them to new homes soon though, they look like healthy little sprouts!

thanks for the feedback bro! I planned on starting in solo cups on this run but this grow kinda started as a half hearted attempt with a few seeds tossed into one pot without pre-germination.6 sprouted but I pulled two up.now that I've seen how good they're doing im a little emotionally attached and want to give them every opportunity to do what they're born to do :) ive been thinking about just potting up to 3 gallon pots and doing the whole run in them instead of going one gallon

I'm curious how this transplant goes. Do you have a game plan?
Well im thinking I get a wire hanger, straightening it out then CAREFULLY cut a line from one side to the other down to the bottom of the pot, then repeat it once more to have intersecting lines.basically giving each seedling its own little quadrant.from that point ill slowly work my fingers into the cracks and again,CAREFULLY,lifting each seedling out one by one

Surgery... Nice! Let us know how it goes.

Not harsh...the truth!! And if you can't handle the truth?!! Fall back Egor.
Nahh I can handle the truth,I took your opinion for what it was worth, and like you said its the truth.but the part that got me is,"I hope they die" I don't come on your shit wishing death upon anything, and if you read through the whole post you would notice that i didn't have any expectation for this when I first started but my intentions are to transplant asap so roots don't get tangled together and so I can correct my mistake and do it right

"Igor" not Egor

Hey man. You made a common noob mistake but the best part, is that you have since then learned the right way, AND are taking the imitative to correct your mistake and do it the RiGHT way.

If everyone had an attitude like that guy, well this would not be such a pleasant hobby for so many of us! It's how I learn to... My first grow was in miracle grow. That shit sucks for pot. People did not hope that I failed. Well I don't think they did. Lol but they did try to educate me in the areas of growing that I need help on. And continue to do so still.

They look great though. Good color, and seem like they are gonna start out swiftly. I hope your super careful with the transplant though.

With all that said, welcome to what is highly addicting and constantly rewarding. I spend way more time researching EVERyThIng than I do actually growing. ;) it works tho

Your attitude is the attitude that I wish more people had,I can't stand someone trying to bring people down, when they can help them rise up.
Thank you for stopping and taking the time.I tranplanted them last night using 32 oz Styrofoam cups using the same soil that they were originally in instead of buying new soil,I did this because since they're still so young to be potted up the new soil wouldn't put them in shock.the two that ended up with heat damage didn't survive the transplant :( but the two that did survive are still looking great, and for a 6 day old seedling it had really good roots going(today makes day 7)

Haha McD's sweet tea cups for the 32oz.? Lol

For real though, solo cups are the bomb! Perfect depth, easy to cut holes in the bottom.. and cheap! Which is most important to me. L

$3.00 for 50 red solo cups. I hope they all die. If your gonna do it..... DO IT RIGHT!!!
As an outsider reading this thread you have to be pretty bored to lay on a new grower for planting a seed. Who the fuck knows at the start even what proper lst or lighting is. Seeing as you know all, where is, the g-spot sir?

Yea I just used what I had on hand(after giving them a good cleaning first) and the solo cups would've been more ideal but it is what it is
