which lights should I choose?

so I've recently decided decided to set up a new grow room strictly for flowering. My setup will consists of 4 monster cropped plants, I'll be getting at least 1 to 2 pounds out of each of them with my scrog nets that will be 40inches length and width wise. my question is simple, should I get 2 1,000w lights or 4 600w lights for each of them?
 
id say go with the 4 600w that way you can isolate one light per plant and also get the extra from the other 3
 
You'll have more flexibility now and in the future with 4 lights.... but if you were thinking of adding more 1k watters in the future, I'd get the 2 1k's
 
Yeah go with 4 600's, try to get ballasts with a 1k and 600w setting that way you have the option of buying some 1k bulbs in future, if you need to do so.

Edit I think the above apply's, but after reading you say for each plant with a total of 4 plants.
So your thinking eg 8 1k or 16 600w ?

I wasn't thinking of adding any extra later and I was leaning towards the 4 600W anyway

Sorry I should have been more clear, in your op you stated your setup consists of 4 plants. Then you state you want either 2 1000w or 4 600w per plant.

So I guess the question was how many lights do you want?
2 1000w or 4 600w for the whole room or per plant.
 
im sure he meant 4 600w for the whole room, i dont think anyone would be dumb enough to put 2400w per plant thats overkill and a good way to bleach out lol

No lol having 4 600w lights for 1 plant would be an insane waste of light and energy.

I would either have 1 600w light over each of my plants or have 1 1000w for every 2 plants
 
But yeah like I said you should go with the 4 600w you'll get the lumens from the one light plus some extra from the other three if you set it up right
