I'm in Mariposa County and the board of supervisors just passed a law earlier this year that limits 12 plants per parcel, 24 if 2 patients live on that property. I guess I should count my blessings. Good luck down there in your fight S'Manta.

Well based on the article (i do not have another point of reference) it appears that people were allowed to grow if they ticked off a number of boxes. Due to the insane prices people somehow justify for selling weed, it leads to certain individuals saying to hell with ticking off those boxes and being legal, and just doing whatever they like so as to make as much money as possible. If legal growers and dispensaries etc actually brought cannabis down to a realistic price point, there would not be such a huge incentive to grow as much as you can to hell with legalities. It is the greed of the legal growing scene that is creating such a problematic illegal one, and as such authorities are seeing it as easier just to ban it all outright. I can't fault them for their decision.

The legal dispensaries and growers who sell are ultimately a huge issue in the equation. Greed overrules and well, look at the result. I mean put it in perspective, how the HELL can legally grown weed cost twice as much as saffron? That is fucking insane.

Where I live one plant indoor is a court appearance.....one plant outdoor is an on the spot fine.....any more is cultivation conviction ...more than 5 is trafficking .....pathetic stuff for sure
