My friends and I have never had any problems getting stuff from the UK/Europe and even South America. I've used Herbies the most and Attitude a few times, and Nirvana one of the very first times I ever ordered seeds. Received the first time, every time. Don't recall ever having to sign for anything. (You might, if your name or the addressees name is not on the mail box.)
Not just seeds either. In the past I know people who have had personal use quantities of pills (of various flavors), research chemicals, hash oil, etc. mailed from the US and abroad. Seeds have never been confiscated, but a couple other things have.
Fucking ironic that you guys can buy a semi auto pistol in most states but cant buy a pot seed lol. We have seed stores all over the place here. So when seeds get pinched is that a bit of a concern? They have an address now right?
Depending on where you live, no not really. Especially not for a handful of seeds. Best practice is to have it mailed elsewhere anyways, somewhere quiet. What does Grandma have going on at her place?
I saw elsewhere on here that some people think once your package gets intercepted n busted, that the address you use gets flagged for future searches. What's your take on that?
Appreciate any info you can share with a fellow cannabis advocate.
I doubt this as well, unless perhaps your address is a serious and consistent offender. Who really knows what various municipalities do, though. Still, I know of instances where pills were seized a couple of times, but seeds mailed to the same name/address after the fact were not.
Some things to consider are: firstly
it is easy to have incriminating material sent to any address. Multiple [unrelated] individuals can share an address, especially an apartment building which may have just one physical address/mail box. People also move all the time. So all that considered, how appropriate do you think it would be to keep a list of and scrutinize mail going to an address (from over-seas) after a couple petty seizure notices? Should they be scrutinizing the whole address, or just the addressee who
allegedly had contraband sent in the mail? For how long should they keep this up for?
How many people do you suppose are having Cannabis seeds and other 'contraband' mailed to them (and seized) on a daily basis? I would be willing to bet lots. Especially on the West Coast. That's a lot of addresses to keep extra tabs on.
Actually, it seems like most of the time people make these threads it is the ISC SF or LA facilities that did the seizing. It would make sense if, given a higher volume of seed orders more got seized over-all.
