Tweed seems to have nailed marketing, promotion and image. they just fucked up the most important part; providing clean, safe, consistent, quality, MEDICINE.ALL of the major screwups we have seen LP's do in the news, each were already prevented in my business plan. I will not take on a patient until we have an agreement on their preferences and have predicted their likely orders. And that we have IN STOCK 6 months of the meds they require, and plants in production to follow. If we pass all of those tests, we are able to accept that patient.
Tweed started sales on May 5 approx, then ran out on approx May 21. What kind of customer service is this? This not a commodity, it's medicine. Patients must COUNT ON the fact that they can re-order, and get the SAME meds if they wish.
If a patient orders a sample, and wants the SAME thing, their projected orders should in fact be reserved for them.
if all goes in your favor OKLP, then you may be one of the best in the end.
