4weeks old northern lights under 400w halide, i dont have a fan fir air circulation in the growroom as the plants are still small? Im very concerned about the yellowing

I spent allot of money allot of effort and allot off time. I over watered the plants out of noobness.
Will buy a fan just now and wont water.

learn about Central Asian weather..........no joke.
get a good grow guide if you don't have one.
if you know you need a fan, and don't have one.......its not time to grow yet.
be able to describe, in some detail, the Ideal Growing Conditions for Cannabis..............500 words or less.

I can see you have invested a lot into this and you have done the right thing. The issue could be a number o f things bro ,poor clone health when you got it?, high temps? , pathogen control H2O2 ? The circ fan is not that important as long as you have a good passive exhaust and temps aren't too hot. Aeroponics is advanced growing and not recommended for beginners. That clone is fucked by the way.
You will get better with every attempt but i advise you to start with coco hand fed with hydro nutes every watering, you cant really go wrong. This is what i use with brilliant results.
