Same. I reported like 2 people since I've been here. One was Echelon1k1 - I was drunk and emotional because he fucking attacked my mom the same day she was being buried. 2nd one was beenthere for misquoting me. I don't rat. I sincerely hope you're being honest. For your sake.

I said I would out your illegal modifications to the structure. How many rules have you broken in the lease?? As a landlord I look down on people who would illegally modify my property and violate the lease.

Reality is he is a liar spending his life trolling the politics section of a pot website on the internet.

Tenants have cost me tens of thousands of dollars and caused me to even short sell a property. Tenants can really suck at times!!

Meh. I know him pretty well. I'm pretty sure you're just hurt in the butt region. I can respect the fact you've run some apartments before. I've been one of those tenants. I always got my deposit back. Tens of thousands....see, now I'm thinking...well, you know what I'm thinking....

Not run some apartment. I just short sold a house in NC that was supposed to be for my nephew's college fund due to 3 renters needing eviction over 5 years. And the thousands and thousands of dollars in damage they caused. Mostly by throwing tampons into the toilet and destroying grinder pumps and a host of other dumb shit.

Some tenants are great. I just gave my last tenant in AZ his full deposit back because he left the place like I gave it to him. You just never know when you sign the contract whether they are gonna be good or a nightmare...

Totally! I'm the good ones. I even steam my carpets every week. Fucking compulsive about being clean. lol tampons. just lol...Didn't mean to undermine. House flipping/renting is where the dough flows. Specially right now.

I tried, I failed. Eventually I will try again. Maybe just start collecting them nearby.

Never buy a place with a sewage lift pump. Never buy a place out of state. Never assume your family/in-laws can manage your properties.

I made many mistakes, learned many lessons. I have 1 good one right now. Keeping on trucking!!

if you're even telling the truth about being a landlord, which is highly doubtful for someone who makes $25k a year scrubbing shit off the sides of pools, then you really suck at being a landlord, especially when it comes to screening tenants.

he's no landlord, he just said in the other thread that he wanted to see my ass "thrown to the street for the cops" because i violated my lease agreement, not because i am a cannabis grower.

if the little shit were actually a landlord, he would know that violating a lease agreement is a civil matter, not a criminal one.

growing weed, however, is a criminal matter.

so in addition to not knowing the first basic thing that a landlord would know, he is also clearly a rat.
