he's no landlord, he just said in the other thread that he wanted to see my ass "thrown to the street for the cops" because i violated my lease agreement, not because i am a cannabis grower.

if the little shit were actually a landlord, he would know that violating a lease agreement is a civil matter, not a criminal one.

growing weed, however, is a criminal matter.

so in addition to not knowing the first basic thing that a landlord would know, he is also clearly a rat.
If you had half a brain you would understand that your landlord can call the police if he finds out you are conducting criminal activity on his property.

but you said you hoped i would be thrown to the street with the police waiting for violating my lease agreement.

now you're saying it's because i'm "conducting criminal activity", which i'm not, since i have 5 patients and myself for a total of 36 plants, the max under colorado law.

When I said I hoped he would be thrown out on the street with the cops waiting it was due to him illegally modifying someone elses property and violating the lease agreement

if you're even telling the truth about being a landlord, which is highly doubtful for someone who makes $25k a year scrubbing shit off the sides of pools, then you really suck at being a landlord, especially when it comes to screening tenants.

I am making over 50K per year maintaining and repairing pools and that is not my only income. Not that you will change your bullshit story. One of my mother's rental properties was a condominium in Bermuda worth 3/4 of a million in the condominium association of Mizzentop. Gorgeous view of the bay... I have dealt with rentals for over 30 years.

the plants went into a uhaul so that i don't get evicted.

i don't even use a carbon filter, the cops don't worry me since i am within plant limits. getting evicted is another story.
