Sure it did. The rabid libtards he put in place are gone. The rulings they made are nullified. Congress isn't in recess until congress says they're in recess.

Recess appointments can be a critical tool at times when the DC gang is on their month long hiatuses.

What this ruling does is specify that just because the boys and girls are outside playing on the jungle Jim for an hour they are not really on the type of recess our constitution was talking about.

Obama being a constitutional law professor means he most likely knew this and didn't care or was a really shitty prof.

Fail. SCOTUS actually had to pen some law because they know it won't get done by congress.

10 days is definition of recess written directly into the constitution.
