My Tech Company has an on-site IRS staff. The major companies are in a constant audit. Every quarter it is a fight to decide, before hand, what will be the Vig.

A corporation is not a person, it is set up to protect shareholders from the mob.

I have been a corporation myself with one other. It is a way to have activities and funds separated, legally from your private life.

What you are against is the multi-national conglomerates. They are shadowy, and legally sneeky. They spend vast sums to have it their way.
