earlier today I went to go check on the plants and I decided to bend this one . Wondering if I did it right and if so what should I expect in the next week or two ?

you'll be fine. i did the same thing to one of my plants a few weeks back. just watch it to see if you see the new growth growing upwards. if you don't see anything growing you might be in trouble. 3-4 days you'll see it bounce back

Yeah, they'll heal and fatten up. I did an auto, tied her up tight and cut her with a string, and she just grew over the string and got real fat.

Yeah it seems after I topped both sides lots of new growth is coming in

Your effort is successful. Although I sometimes use supercropping, if possible I prefer low stress training(LST). This is just bending the stems without crimping them, and then tying them down.

i super crop the crap out of my plants most times. some strains take to it much better, the more hollow the stem, the better they seem to take to it.. like i'm growing ecsd atm, and she has super thin stems, and loves to be super cropped.. i'm also growing a bubba kush atm, and i broke a stem trying to super crop her.. it's doing fine, but damn, she' a thick stemmed bitch.

It's hard to tell if you did it right! If they straighten back up and form a fat knot where u bent it you did it right ! If your to aggressive it will stay kinked but it still works I guess the only way you can do it wrong is if it dies.!I did this one !

Buy a Nitrogen based fertilizer and start feeding at 1/4 the recommended dose. Work your way up to full strength week by week
