The frequency of reflected light makes cannabis stand out like a sore thumb to choppers and a trained eye.

most sheriff departments dont just fly around for the hell of it in hopes to find a random patch.
they almost always rely on tips so dont tell a soul what the hell you are doing , don't be gone from your house without making a cover story for your absence. never make a path straight to your girls zig-zag and double back , use a completely different route from your girls as well.
darkness can be a real friend . use a small green led light to light your way and let your eyes adjust to the dark for 30mins or so before trekking in the woods.
if your growing on your own land don't be a dick to your neighbors. a neighbor you pissed off is just looking for an excuse to fuck you over.

Most busts are the cause of a snitch.

I read a report where cannabis puts out a different spectrum than other plants and trees..its can be seen on some sort of tech.. conspiracy theory I know but there is a report out there...I think it was posted here from memory
cant remember exactly what the theory was but some said it was legit..
I think cops will only burn chopper hours if they know the area is a pot growing region..
chopper cost per hour and maintenance would lead me to believe they arent just flying for shits and giggles for a guy growing 5 plants out doors...
