Most people have played Assassins Creed by now, and have probably wondered where Assassins actually came from. No not Japan and China. They actually come from the Middle East, and the ancient tradition of the "Hashashins".
There was a man called "The Old man of the Mountain" and he had a castle fortress on a mountain and he would get people high on Marijuana (much like the Tea Party) and convince people that if they fought for him they would go to heaven.
They were basically like fight club in that they would infiltrate from the bottom. They would get a job as like the kings servant, or slave and work for him for years, then one night kill him or arrange things politically via his trust.
There is one story where there was a Sultan that was afraid of some Assassins, so he surrounded his tent with guards while he slept. And when he woke up there was a plate of like the ancient muslim version of cupcakes, which he knew were put there by assassins and were probably full of poison. So he left.
The Assassins in the end were the direct enemy of the Knights Templar. And today we can almost see a parallel in ISIS and the Tea Party. lol
Both are brutally violent thugs, and the Western side in particular, has tons of guns with little focus except destruction, nationalism and expansion of wealth.
