What is going on with my Plants?

Hey,

I just woke up and saw that my plants are looking strange.

It was a Week last Saturday they started to grow. I put a heating mat to get the temps up a bit, the rockwool and growing area got cold. I noticed the rockwool started to dry so i took some water and Root starter and redunked the rockwool in it to hydrate it.

Not sure if doing that made this happen? or my lights are to far away. Should I take them out and put them itto my hydro system now or wait for a root system?

Heating mats and domes are killers for seedlings. I would pull the domes, turn off the heating mat, drop the light a bit, get a small fan blowing on them, and keep the cubes moist, not soaked.

Thanks took off the heat mat and Dome, now i have a fan on it and put 2 straws to hold them up for now or should i remove the straws too

Keep holding them up if they need it. If they already have damping off it won't matter, no saving them.

Heat mats and domes are great for cloning, but I never use them for seed germination (At least not since I killed off about $200 worth of good Sannies gear!!!) Live and learn.
You can tell it's a girl already??? You're better than I am, fo sho.....

If they got cold they lost their momentum for a bit....hope for the best, keep em damp and warm...be careful with fan , it'll dry em up fast

So My rockwool was soaking wet just squeeze the excess water to hopefully save the others. if not ill have to restart and not use the Dome, maybe use the heating pad until the stem pops up and use a fan and keep the lights closer.

I killed my Plants Going to Restart. They didnt even start a root system

I switched to rapid rooters for similar issues. I didnt like the way the rockwool strays so moist and seems very easy to grow bacteria/mold within weeks

heat mats are awesome for seeds, dome is optional. Root riots or rapid rooters are the way to go for seeds and clones, IMO,
