rob is just trolling....when you put up facts, he straw mans it. He straw mans everything, that is his argument, no reason why just that LEDS are so 3 years ago, lol

He bought some of the cheapest LED lights for a not so cheap price and he even had a good harvest with his 1st grow in his mom's basement. :peace:

I wanted HPS but i have to have a certain kind of ballast, will the big metal round ones,. like heat lamps, work for hps?
i also got alot of CFL's around, the helical 13w's.
should i use them instead to the LEDs?

Majority of what you listed is Chinese garbage.

Plus you probably had the lights way to far away.

you have no knowledge in the led field or you are just so biased it's pointless because your stubborn wrong opinion will never change.

And once again you said it yourself everything your using was bought 3 years ago so their ATLEAST 3 years old if not 4 or 5yrs.

So no one will buy your budmaster? I'll buy it right now for $100.. put your money where your mouth is...

I suggest a area 51 xgs or the rw 155.

I LOVE my Apaches. I have a at 200 and at120 there pretty expensive though. The bml custom seems pretty cool you can make your own spectrum probably going to get a couple of those and see how those work. The price is pretty good on those too

lol, tell me what you think of this, i got 2,600 lumens LEDs (5,000K) and 3 13w cfl's (the spiral kind)
could this grow at least three?

Yea it would be OK for clones and small plants in veg.

but i wouldn't even flower one plant with that, if you do get a couple grams at harvest it's going to be airy and just low quality.

ok, yeah im just veggig for now, still got a while to go, you think they will live? when i do flower, what would be a good light? i thought about 13w CFLs (the small spiral yellow ones) but i dont know how many is enough and i dont expect much from them.
Oh and thanks, sorry i ask alotta questions but i am learning alot. X3

It's up to you what you want to use as long as your happy that's that I love Led's and would not change them.

It's a 180 ufo got it 2 years ago 1 watt diodes and it's grate I get this all the time,but if he look at my post he would see that there are people on this site that have had the same experience as me with LEDs

And yeah I just looked at some of your posts, uhmmm how come you have pics of smaller plants but only excuses when you claim these crazy ass impossible numbers. Where's the beef Slick?????? And wasn't it 15 oz from 2 plants? I love how peeps numbers go up over time like some fish story. LOL And a 2 year old 180 UFO is not equivalent to a 600 HPS. That's just crazy talk.

But I could be wrong, (ROFL, Ooops. Sorry.), it's just that we don't meet a lot of growing gods around here. Can you provide us with some links so we'll see the errors of our ways or are you too busy trimming bud for that?
