problem?

i have 2 plants and the leaves on one of them is curling on the sides upwards and looks like its mongoloid or sumthing .. xD its my first time growing and it seems that i manage to burn the roots at very early stage on my first plant since the second leaves i got has a yellowish brown tip after feeding with some nutes, after i flushed it good and it startet to grow again the new leaves is qite odd formed ..

my second plant in same pot is looks like its fine and the leaves are growing like i would think as normal


what have i done wrong and what should i do next?
i added some photos so u can look and determine whats the problem

(edit) the biggest plant is about 2-3 weeks old and the second one is 5 days younger. and im using 1x50w fullspectrum led 1x 15w fullspec led and 1x40w cfl

Have you inspected for bugs? What are those white spots on the leaves? I can't quite tell from the pics but white flies maybe? Or mite damage. Check the undersides of the leaves.

yes i forgot to mention that i had some dark-winged fungus gnats around but i have not seen them for a while, i put up sticky paper everywhere and it seems that i have catched them all
but i think they produce larvae if im correct
could this be my problem?

the whitespots are water i think, i cannot see anything there when i checked right now and i cant see any other signs of insects under the leaves

Hydrogen peroxide 3%. Mix with water, 1 part solution, 4 parts water. Should kill all of them and not affect your plants and product. Im guessing norway, so ask a pharmacy for the solution.
