I am growing outdoors in Miami, a few weeks back I began to bring my crops indoor and closet them to induce 12/12 auto flowering. Everything worked great, so far so good it has been 3 weeks. Each morning I bring the plants outdoors, and at night, back to the closet... However, this weekend I am going away for 2 days.. I wont be able to move the plants...
What kind of affects am I looking at if I leave the plants in the dark room for 48 hrs?
Or would it be better to leave them outdoors for the 48 hrs? ( street lights, and other bright lights)
I do not want to mess with the process and Im getting great results so far.
Any info would help..

Id leave em outside while your gone. Look for any bright street lights or anything beaming on its location...maybe tuck it in a dark corner outside if possible

if you're gonna grow them outdoors, why bring them inside? just leave them outdoors. i don't know why, but when the plants are outdoors, all that incidental light, just don't matter. the moon/stars/your porch lights, don't seem to matter. even if you have a porch light fairly close to an outdoor plant, it won't effect it hermy wise...i have never understood that. light leaks inside, could hermie. full moon, no problem, lol. i don't get it.... i don't mean to hi jack, sorry..

Every year seems like I fuck up one of my plant cycles.....this year my timer decided to stop working and I didnt notice the lights had been on in flwr room for 36hrs straight. I just went right back on my normal scheduled cycle and everything turned out fine.. Simular thing last year but darkness for 48 hrs (one was in a ealry flwr mode, the other 2wks left) Still no hermie...just fine, they acted like nothing happened to em. This is just an example of how not to worry about it so much;)

I don't think he has an auto strain.... the lesser of the 2 evils is darkness, there's more chance of "intersexing" with too much light as opposed to too much dark...

Ima noob, but....If you're growing autos, which it what it sounds like based on your op, I would do what frozen said. Get some cfl's and a timer to hold em down until you get back. Im confused as to why ur doing a 12/12 for autos though. If pheno, same solution, buy a light/timer or put in ur window sill. If not, putting it outside shouldn't hurt in regards to streetlight etc, just possible weather issues.

I think Im gunna leave them outdoors... over water em and hope the sun or weather doesnt mess with them.
You guys are technical as shit, but appreciate the help.
Secondly...Im growing outdoors in a 5 gallon...the only reason I brought the plants in the closet is to induce flowering..Yes there are street lights all over my grow area.. So the complete darkness did work, its been 3 weeks and I have tons of progress.. I have continued to bring the plant into the closet every night to give it " complete darkness" now that I am almost a month into it...Does it still need the closet or will it continue to bud fine outdoors with the few ambient street lights?

I am a new to this...All comments appreciated
