Right. I just hope they just get it out of senate committee. I think it's hilarious that Richardville went from saying he will put this on the back burner in committee as long as he possibly can to completely flip flopping and even dropped off invitations to a fundraiser he was throwing at the hydro store I work at.A vote most likely won't happen until September but I'm hopeful for sooner
where did you just get the update?Holy fuck it just passed committee!
I follow the NPRAwhere did you just get the update?
what does "pass committee" mean?
the bill is approved? it is now up to citys to determine dispensary rules?
I'll take it! Much better than them waiting until they are officially in session to have this committee vote. Now they can begin this next session with it all ready to be voted on.Won't get heard til after August 13.
We strait up paid the fuckin douche off... Strait cash to change his mind...must want to run for higher office.Right. I just hope they just get it out of senate committee. He has to since he can not serve another term in the senate. I'm sure he needs our money to fund a race for a federal congressional position in 2016, and that is why he is flip flopping. Politicians can now see on paper the amount of money that this industry can produce, and no longer have to base their decisions on speculation. We strait up paid the fuckin douche off... u think any law our enemies come up with will help us or our patients ???
Not holdin my breath
I was just reading an article in the Detroit Free Press entitled Cops come to the rescue of Commerce Township pot grower when I saw this nugget at the end: "And in Lansing, Michigan's lame-duck legislature is poised Thursday to pass a state law that would significantly broaden access to medical marijuana, allowing communities to decide whether to allow shops that would sell medicinal cannabis to state-licensed patients." I've heard rumblings about the dispensary bill coming up in the lame duck but this is the first thing I've seen in print. Anybody else heard anything?
