The war on "terror" is actually a war against anyone who doesn't want the USA (and allies) to take over the world "for our protection"... Does anyone else see that the USA gov't is trying to take over the world? Do you know we have military bases on ~70% of the countries worldwide? Do you know the countries we are attacking(Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran) are the countries that don't/didn't have a USA base on there? Can anyone else connect some dots?

Well, you'd be correct in assuming I think that (about our foriegn policy). How could one look at the whole picture and not assume that. We spread money among dictators accross the globe to allow our corporations to go in and exploit their resources and population and when they disagree with our policies, we have a coup and get rid of the wayward dictator and replace him with one of our choosing. Now, if a prize is big enough and the dictator has great power but no Nukes, we invade (Iraq) and kill hundreds of thousands to secure the prize, Mega oil reserves. But here's my question: How can you stick up for and defend this foriegn policy??? You'd have to be completely brainwashed to believe otherwise. I believe in some of the things you linked. I am not a sheep who thinks that my government is good and that the media is telling us the whole truth.

I am a Ron Paul supporter. I want campaign reform. I want this country to look at it's flag again with pride instead of contempt. But you are all over the map with your conspiracy theories. He was talking about his belief in Austrian economic principles like sound money, and how that is the way out of our debt and extreme business cycles. Just great stuff. Knock the unions all you want, but they built the middle class in this country.

The middle class was product of the Industrial Revolution, particularly after the War with Mexico. Like the Middle Class, the rise of the unions was a product of the Industrial revolution. Let's not forget 2nd and third generation immigrants increasing the middle class. Although immigration was responsible for the rise of a conducive union element: organized crime.

As you see the unions fading away, you also see the middle class dissapearing, just a coincidence, I think not.
