3000 watt cfl board

i have just got a 3000 watt cfl board from a electrician it has 15 200 watt cfl lights that run thru 2 cords 8 warm whites and 7 cool whits is it worth given a go to see what it does or shoul i just stay with my 3 600 w hps input pls

do you scrog? i can't image growing plants with cfl on a panel without scrogging. got any pics of it? that's a lot of watts for cfls, you're going to burn shit down with that.

the guy i got it off has tested it himself just his on a new cfl project atm i have inlines from my hps grows just dont no about it that all

light from cfl's drop off fast. that's why i wondered if you use screen of green, with a net. That's the only way I can see making using of a cfl set-up that huge. idk really though, i don't grow with cfl's.
