I have no idea what makes it better but it is better in my experience. I still use open sesame over bud ignitor or bud blood (works the same and is cheaper) However Kushie Kush and Overdrive work better than Beastie and Cha Ching.
I just wanted to hear someone say that all fertilizers are not created equally, which a respected person on this board said.

As I predicted, you're drawing an invalid conclusion from that by itself true statement, that there's a huge variation between quality of the applicable/common fertilizers (rather than "all fertilizers") and AN is not only the best, but so much better it's worth the price. All of that cannot be derived from anything I said so your attempt to somehow link any credibility I may have to that conclusion (which you highly overestimate) is just silly. If anything it's of lower quality because of all the other useless crap they put in it. I do agree I'm highly respected
