I had quit, for over a year. Then major stress and I slipped.seems kinda redundant seeing as it is the very one thing you are trying to quit ... just sayin.
quitting is easy....I used to do it every day.
Staying quit is the hard part.
I don't want to take that drug again that worked the first time. Terrible side effects.
I'm going to try ecig with nic, then drop the nic, then drop the ecig all together...that's my plan.....oh yeah, then stay quit!

Well thanks but I was only curious. I've never smoked tobacco so wouldn't need one. Glad your able to find something to help you quit though. I wish you all the best on that hard task. Not for them ...just in it...ya I didn't like it. Scummy industry. It was just one of my jobs I did at the same time. But I agree not proud of it, but i did do it honestly for what that's worth.

...I started using the vape pen and E juice near the end of April, so far so good, haven't had a cig since...Picked up two 30ml bottles of 70/30 pg/vg mix with 12mg (light) nic. then plan to go to 6mg(extra light) for the next 2 and then hopefully to none...Just have to wean myself off of the nic...
