grizzly and chewy are giving you bad advice by telling you to not to admit they r yours especially if they are on ur property you just gotta be a man about it and take whats commin to you i mean you knew what you were getting yourself into so dont be suprised you gotta go to court. it sucks man i know but hopefully you learned from your mistake and you are more stealthier next time. how big were ur plants by the way??? were they flowering yet or no? goodluck.peace

Yeah, not admitting things only works when there isn't any/much evidence against you. The DEA is there, and charging you, because someone turned you in. They've already got all the evidence they need.

I'm no lawyer, either. But if two DEA agents are giving you a court date because someone else turned your ass in, that means they've already got serious evidence against you.

Playing stupid and giving people a hard time is only going to annoy the already stressed judicial system.

invoking your constitutional right to remain silent is the only thing to do.

"i would like to seek counsel."

Bad advice. Bad advice. Bad advice.

If this is actually true, a lawyer will tell you that. Are you a lawyer? No.

Wait for a damned lawyer. Speaking from experience.

Ive had this misfortune of being arrested once or twice, and was guilty every time did I admit guilt hell no I got a lawyer went to court and beat or had the charges reduced. If you admit guilt there will be NO CHANCE of getting off or having the charges reduced.
