Topping Clones (Pics Included)

These clones are about 40 days old in sunshine mix #4 getting fed GH Nutes in 1 Gal Pot under t5 lighting. I will be flowering under a 600W HPS

I want to top the clones but the nodes are uneven and wanted to know how would the uneven nodes factor in when flower time comes? will the tops be uneven? Should I top them or leave them alone?

You could always tie the taller ones over so that their tops are the height you'd like them to be.
