People think im fuckin around when I say crip is only a lil better that mids lately but its true. Occasionally that fire hits the table but that crop is gone in a night. The lesser known say they have crip when its just less seeded mids. Shits garbage. Yeah I know its out there but it aint like it was. Pill heads fucked the game up for everyone . 5-6 yrs ago a bird was a quick run, shits a life decision now , not worth it

I dont think so I was in MI by late winter.
Only "decent" stuff I saw hit SWFL in the last 5 years was a batch of GDP in early last year that was straight purple inside and out, but it didn't even smoke that great it was just nice to look at. There was also a great batch of green crack that was floating around in 2012, but those are the only ones worth remembering in the last 5 years,.
I had the purple as fuck bud they called GDP, shit wasnt no GDP, a pretty purple mids was all it was. Musta missed the green crack .
I anticipate a killer crop of lemon haze to flood the market for a few weeks, it will be short lived but if you have people in swfl they will know the salty bud I speek of . lol . Hit the streets last week, got maybe 3 weeks to go, fuckin fire

I'm going back in November for the vote and the Chargers Dolphins game, so hopefully they will have something smokeable at least for me around that time. I used to just get on planes with blacks stuffed up with bud, but now I'm a little sketched out with flying with it.

November coincidently is when I see another surge in quality, im guessing that a vast amount of a ECSD / Sage/MK Ultra will hit the streets late october, just what I heard anyways

Wasn't trying to impress you with guys buying shit weed in bulk Those were just the people I knew because they sold to my friends.
I started growing my own back at the end of 07 thanks to a guy I worked out with introducing me to the grow bible. He was from WPB and had recently got rid of his equipment, but kept the book that would awaken me to a whole new world.
When I went back to SWFL a few years later I had my own supply, but happened to know two individuals who provided two different groups of friends (some in the 941 and some in the 239) with flower. I sold a few oz to friends when I cropped to pay for my grow, but kept the rest to last me until my next crop. I was never personally seeking out anything, because I didn't need to, and being a young straight arrow I didn't associate with people who could afford to invest in a decent garden or were willing to risk it.
I havent actually paid for bud in 10+ years, I smoke with around 20 different people in a given week so I do think I have a pretty solid knoweledge of the market. I do see the occasional bag of fire as crip but like I said, dudes crop is gone in a day. Im talking more about the so called crip that is always floatin around, it sucks. Im just a bit down 75 so it cant be too much different there. You boys still got all those porn shops with the glory holes? That shit tripped me out, Sarasota/Bradenton is a different world. I did some work up there a while back and frequented Cheetah and this hole in the wall titty bar with a sports name, scoreboard maybe, that place was a shit hole. lolSeems ya;ll don't know the right folks down in SWF.
Well 'm sure know lots but not the right ones maybe. I knoiw some down there runnning some real fire Bodhis dream lotus, Crirical Sensi Star, FIRE. But his crop is always spoken for no matter how much he lays down.
Thats exactly what I have been saying, there is fire out there but its gone as soon as its ready and the crip that is always around that the average smoker buys has been shit for a long time. Im not talkin shit about florida im just saying the quality of readily available bud has dropped a lot over the years.

It seems like there's a disconnect between what weed snobs on RIU grow, and what dealers sell.
So far I haven't seen c99 from a dealer in my entire life, yet it seems like everyone and their mother is growing it on RIU.

I will say that strains like C99, Critical Kush, Big bud/WW, arent uncommon in south florida but I dont put any of them in my fire catagory, I like C99 and Critical, my fire strains that are commercially viable are MK Ultra and crosses of it. Im a fan of Critical crosses for occasional smoke but as far as daily smoke, MK Ultra is my favorite
