If cops found plants in the forest behind your house do they need physical proof they're yours like pictures..fingerprints...etc...??

i would look at some plea just see what thay say and take it from there dont say anything with out a lawyer but ya as growers we all should be well aware of the dangers. i know what could happen and i will deal with it if it ever comes to that if i coudnt i wouldnt grow and i feel its my right/duty to grow any plant i want hay what happend to "the persute of happynes" hope every thing works out next time grow on there land.

ok to explain it a little more, im 17, and i live with my dad, they told me that someone reported him to child protection services saying that he knew i was growing the weed and that he was allowing it which is like child endangerment and they told me that they knew it was behind my fence and that i could show them and they would make it a misdameanor or they could find it and charge my father with an array of charges, so i was kinda forced into showing them but i know my mom turned me in to try to get back at my dad but instead of getting him in trouble she got me in trouble. my mom must of known about them becuz she is friends with my dads nieghbor and i think they must of seen me waterring them even tho i was very careful and waterd them at night.

wait so it was behing your fence in the woods? if you didnt show them i dont even think you couldve got in trouble for that because if you 'werent' growing them then how could it be child endangerment? i think you messed up n the they got to your head by scaring you into telling them...if they didnt have a solid case then neither you or your dad wouldve gotten in trouble at all... any one else have more input?
