It looks like the Temps are too hot (leaf roll). What's your soil and nutes? What's your light? Is it really that yellow? I have never had a deformed seedling until recently, but I'm hearing that's normal sometimes. It happens. I would say it needs nitrogen but it looks young, so I'm leaning towards pH problem possibly and heat problems.

I have 8 other the same age in the same room, and this is the only one thats looking like this.
Temp 87 to 90
RH 65-70%
600w HPS
and Co2
All the other plants look happy.

It could be just the runt of the litter. I'm not experienced with co2 but I know you can run hotter Temps with it. The rh seems a little high, without co2 under 80 is best. Hmm, what soil are you in? I'm guessing the yellow of the leaves is from the hps, I've had problems starting seedlings under hps, some are OK and some weren't, now I use floors. Also is your grow room sealed completely?

I'm assuming you've used your setup before, so if it's just this one that's looking wierd, it's just a runt and deformed and I wouldn't even worry about it. I just had a deformed tangilope seedling a couple weeks ago and it started growing fine. So no worries man. You're good.

Yes the room is sealed, its an 4x8 tent. The soil is a blend my friend from Kings Green House makes, He has been using for years and i decided to try it this time around. On the norm i use FoxFarm

Yes Co2 in Veg, i was told you could use it from seedling. is this not correct?

Is a tent considered sealed? I use a tent too but wasn't aware i could use co2 in one. Has using it made a big noticeable difference? I've been wanting to give co2 a shot but figured I needed a different grow in environment. That'd be awesome if I didn't because I wouldn't have to use the ac as much.
Also, sometimes over nuteing can cause plants to deform, maybe the soil is a little too strong for that particular seedling, but it should grow out of the problem once it's bigger

i think its just bad luck honestly.... i get one from time to time thats all deformed. they usually will always start growing normal leaves after a few weeks once several main shoots have grown out and are well established. and i have found that whenever ii have a runt seedling like that if i cant make it hang on, for some reason 9 times out of 10, it will be the best pheno in the bunch. im my experience you sacrifice on yield but if your just into really good funk its worth it. i had a Bubblicious pheno that looked just like yours after sprouting. i took a clone off of it just before flower in case it was anything good. its 6 weeks into flower now and definitely the best looking buds in my room, made me happy i took a clone from it. it isn't quite the producer like my pheno that i grow a lot of, but it is the one plant most likely get stuck in a jar and enjoyed for months to come. if u want you can hit it with a little superthrive once its a little bit older to help it catch up to the others a little. superthrive contains 1-Naphthalene-acetic acid as well as 2,4-Dichlorophenoxy-acetic acid, which are both Auxins. if your not familiar, Auxins are what precipitates new growth in plants and is great to help plants in a situations like yours

Co2 in bloom works well for increasing yields. As much as 30% +. Helps the buds density nicely.
You can and should run your temps higher. i run mine around 85 with gassing.
Use an enviro controller.
