My Area 51 XGS 190 Thread

I never started a thread for my XGS when I got it and have been putting up pics from my XGS grows in my other threads,so I thought it deserves it's own. As some of you know,my XGS only pulls 169 watts at the wall because of a mis adjusted driver,but it still kicks ass. Here is a Blueberry Skunk at day 54 that's getting cut tonight. The whole plant pic is minus the cola in my hand. This BBS has exceptional smell and taste and has a good kick too.

I like your enthusiasm but lets not invite the HID guys in to this new thread to fill it with pointless arguing. I'd like to keep the discussion to the XGS or other Area 51 lights.

Got her rough trimmed and hung. Not bad for 169 watts from a little plant with a short veg,very dense and sticky.

Got the new girl moved in under my XGS 170,lets see how Gorilla Glue #4 does.

You've probably already noticed, but this round I'm running with cages. I'm not going to have much free time for the rest of the summer and this should help with supporting the plants later on and make it easier to add support.

Both the Critical Kush and the Gorilla Glue can really stretch,I've had the CK grow 3" in one day before so they're both wrapping the cages.

It uses the same whites as the RW's so it has a peak at 450 with them and the blues are XPE2 475nm so there's another peak at 475.

Looks clean. I likely!

I like to keep my plants cleaned up so I get no fluff or popcorn.

The GG#4 is not just hype,everyone I know that's tried it loves it,even my early cut lockout girls. It's sold as top shelf here in the dispensaries. It's lights out now but I'll post a close up pic tomorrow of how frosty they are at less than 3 weeks into flower. Scope them good for bugs,I hear Cali has had some people passing buggy cuts,some with broad mites so be careful.

It would be coming from medicinal organics, a breeder in the area. He breed platinum cookies that has been winning cups. It should be clean, but always got to quarantine for a few days. I am looking forward to it if I can grab some.

Lights just came on for the start of day 20. No soil issues this run for the girls and they look nice and healthy. Here's a couple pics of a GG#4.

I'm new to the XGS crowd. I've only completed one grow with it so far (Silver Kush)

And this one is underway now (Blue Cheese)
