7 hours of sunlight is sufficient for a decent yield and dense buds.
The sun should be dropping soon. So lets hope they get extra sunlight out of that haha.

Thanks dude , the foliage of the trees is not very dense so they get a pretty decent amount of sunlight ... :leaf:
Cool, they look great..

BTW, tip of the week/month/year ..... GET RID OF THE ALUMINIUM .......

I dunno if they use choppers in your area, but aluminium is the worst thing, other than a lamp !
VERY easy to spot !!

I used the aluminium to reflect some heat since my pots are black plastic , but in my area it's allright nobody is looking for marijuana with choppers ;)

The more the better :)
Than again, I got great sun light but only a 1.5 feets tall :(
There is probably some other factor playing into that though. Slugs?

@Didi94 Hopefully next year you can get a better spot. If we can get our outdoor ban lifted I am gonna get a ladder and start cutting back trees in my yard. I will blow the yard up before they try to ban it again haha

It's spottable on foot too.. :)

the plastic isn't good too, but it's black and doesn't reflect .. if I were you I'd NOW dig holes and bury them with the pots.

That must be hard work gettin all the stuff on the top , but in terms of sunlight would be awesome :)

If that tree gets infested with pests..........your fucked.

Yeah. In native soil you should at LEAST add compost for moisture retention and drainage. I mix my soil with the native soil because it is clay and retains water well. Also has trace minerals.

If you can find a tree which is LOWER than the water source, and place a pipe between the water source and the plant, it's actually easy to let the water drop to it .......

BUT we don't need this sh1t .. too complicated :)

Yep.

But I heard clay shouldn't be used at all..... maybe they meant "100% clay" ..

I like to know the plant touches the local soil .. feels like home :)

100% is a no no. Clay mixed with organic matter and some perlite is a great medium outdoors. Not in containers though.

An ewc, aeration amendment, blood meal, bone meal, and kelp meal is all you need really. I skipped out on the kelp meal and just topped dressed with alfalfa meal. I have compost mixed which probably contains a lilttle K. I use dyna gro protekt anyways which is 0-0-3 NPK. I will definitely be amending all my soil from now on. The plants love it. I found a bunch of bags of blood meal and bone meal on clearance so ought a couple grocery bag fulls lol. The Maxsea I am using will still be around in case of a deficiency. But for the most part I am just gonna use ewc/compost teas, molasses tea, dyna gro protekt or plain water.
